Robinho, Garay And Huntelaar

Robinho, Garay And Huntelaar

Hi guys, There are a lot of news today, so many NEW news, hah, that is some good grammar I have to say. Anyway, I am preparing for my upcoming exams so I will not able to post my views on these news. However, I will keep you guys update with all the latest news and speculations.

I will though start posting regular posts in about a week’s time.

So here goes.

Real Madrid have decided against recalling Ezequiel Garay from his loan at Racing Santander this season.

Garay, currently in Beijing with Argentina’s Olympics squad, was signed by Real and loaned back to Racing for the new campaign earlier this summer. However, injury concerns had forced a rethink from Real management.

But after discussions between the two clubs this week, it was agreed that Garay would remain in Santander for another 12 months.

Garay wants to start season with Real Madrid

Ezequiel Garay admits he’d prefer to start the season with new club Real Madrid.

Garay
is currently tied on-loan at Racing Santander, but it has been mooted
he could be recalled by Real due to defensive injury concerns.

Currently in Beijing with Argentina’s Olympics squad, Garay said: “Whether I am going to Racing or Real Madrid, I’ll be happy. But I would like to go to Madrid.”

Robinho is determined to quit Real Madrid and complete his dream move to Chelsea.

After demanding a transfer in a face-to-face confrontation with Ramon Calderon at the Real president’s villa this week, Robinho has stepped up his push to get away today.

Marca says the Brazil international has cancelled a scheduled media conference for this morning and refuses to travel with the Real squad to Valencia for the first-leg of this weekend’s Supa Copa.

Real are refusing to budge from their £27 million asking price for Robinho.

Real Madrid’s stubborn refusal to allow Robinho to swap the Bernabéu for the Bridge has back fired in dramatic circumstances as the Brazilian’s transfer saga hits boiling point.

Robinho has begun a revolt at the club after being repeatedly denied a requested transfer to Chelsea

According to Spanish daily Marca, the 24 year old has retaliated by ditching a press conference that he was supposed to attend on Friday and worse still, he has refused to travel with the squad to Valencia for the first leg of the Supercopa on Sunday.

This comes just 24 hours after president Ramón Calderón personally rejected the Brazilian’s plea to leave for Stamford Bridge when the pair met face to face and the former Santos man was told that there is absolutely no chance of him exiting the Bernabéu. Those remarks appear to have broken the camel’s back, thus, forcing Robinho to resort to these extreme measures to have his voice heard.

The reports coming out of Spain are now suggesting that Madrid will only let go of their wing wizard if Blues chief executive, Peter Kenyon can make an improved bid of at least €40 million.

Coach Bernd Schuster is convinced Robinho will stay with Real Madrid and has again insisted he sees no problem with the Brazilian’s attitude despite persistent speculation that he wants to leave the Spanish giants.

Robinho’s agent, Wagner Ribeiro, recently claimed the winger was “very angry” with the way he feels he has been treated by Madrid and was keen to move to Chelsea, who made a formal offer for the 24-year-old – believed to be in the region of $40 million.

Madrid rejected that bid and insisted Robinho is not for sale, but speculation about the Brazilian’s future is still rife in Spain, with contrasting reports about his current situation.

Some reports suggest the player refused to travel to Valencia for the first leg of the Spanish Supercopa on Sunday, while others claim Robinho is ready to stay at the Bernabeu and is about to sign a new, much improved contract.

Right now I’m sure that Robinho will stay. For me it is not a problem and I’m not going to worry about it because he is going to be our player. It is not a concern,” Schuster said.

At no point has Robinho given the impression that he does not want to go (to Valencia). He is very well. I have spoken with him and the player is in perfect shape.

The agent of Ajax striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar has dismissed talk of a new bid arriving from Real Madrid.

There is nothing about this subject. The rumors are nonsense,” Arnold Oosterveer insisted last night after reports emerged that Real were reviving their interest in the Dutch ace.

Huntelaar is rated highly by Real coach Bernd Schuster, who is pleading with his board to make a new striker signing before the market shuts at the end of this month.
