Real Madrid president Calderon: No need for new signings

Real Madrid president Ramon Calderon has urged fans not to be concerned over their lack of signings this summer.
He said: “We have a team that has beaten the record for points, goals scored and goals conceded. It’s an exceptional squad. We should be happy to think that there is no need to buy.”
“It’s the best news the supporters of Real Madrid can have today.”
My Thoughts
O man what the hell, no signings, no new faces, man that just sucks. I would have thought that Real Madrid would at least buy a striker. Man, this is so unlike Real Madrid. Probably this means no excitement at the start of the season as no new faces to cheer and anticipate.
Where is the Ronaldo deal now, where is it and where is the Van Der Vaart deal. Man what is happening. Is Calderon just saying that so that other clubs, would know that Real Madrid are not desperate to buy and would only do business if both sides get the best of it. I think it is like this because Real Madrid cannot go without a striker signing this new season, it is just impossible and makes no sense at all.
Well I am keeping my fingers crossed on this one. Lets home this rumor stays rumor. May be Calderon was drunk or something.
