Getafe are set to splash out big for Real Madrid striker Roberto Soldado.
Ambitious Getafe will sign Soldado for £6 million after finalising personal terms with his agent, Alberto Toldra, last night.
Getafe are also keen to sign on-loan Real teammate Esteban Granero.
My Thoughts
I think Real Madrid should sell all these so called “future prospects” now which includes Soldado, Saviola and one more.
Real Madrid should really be looking to trim the squad size now, I think there are still, too many fringe players on the squad and should be sold immediately to get, any sort of a good price for them.
Soldado, promised a lot when he came through the youth system, I feel for the guy as I think he is really committed to his game and is sincere to himself meaning that he does not consider himself like a prodigy or something.
I think he does not has the fitness to perform, he should really muscle up his body
I think he tries hard but you know, not everyone can play like Zidane. I think he has got very little potential, basically he should be playing at this best right now. Add to that, he has another problem of not getting enough starts for Real Madrid, I think its time he moves on to another club where atleast he can play week in and week out to prove that he has what it takes to play for a big European club and may be become a world class player which I doubt.
