Real Madrid are now spanking and thrashing sides who try to derail Real Madrid from their path to glory, it was a tough match Atletico Bilbao did not make things easy but the way they conceded goals was very disappointing, I do not remember the last side who tried to play offside with a high line at the bernabeau to Real Madrid and won or even drawn a game. Same mistake was mde by Atletico Bilbao.

Anyway, Higuain and Robben came on as sub in the second half, one of the substitutions was Robben for Robinho, I thought it was a reasonable move, as Robinho just does not look a ripped athlete all other moderen day players are which obviously has a adverse affect on his stamina,speed and strength all which now coincidentally Robinho lacks, not that he is not quick, but he is quick not lightning like Messi or C.Ronaldo.
C.Ronaldo, when he came to the Bpl, looked pretty much like a Robinho, had all the skills just did not have the head to go with it, but Alex Fergugon transformed C.Ronaldo from a player Manchester United was prepared to sell for 12 million to any club(Real Madrid, Barcelona and valencia all rejected) to a player who is the most charismatic and attractive player today, not effective, attractive with his style and flair.
Messi I think is way ahead of him if we talk about effectiveness. Anyway, Robben and Higuain came on, Higuain got hold off a lofted pass from Guti on the wing and put in a menacing low cross into the penalty box and Robben was their to tuck it away for his Nth goal (where n is less than 8, little but science but it works).
Real Madrid capped of a good performance when again Robben and Higuain combined in the 76nth minute to get another goal, pass slipped through the middle found Robben who was Higuain making a run behind him, made a dummy and from their Higuain was one on one with the keeper in a way, slotted it past the keeper’s near post after initially lining up for the far post which deceived the keeper.
